  • 2 blocks of frozen udon (approx. 400g)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 green onion (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil udon and set aside.
  2. Prepare the sesame-peanut sauce.
  3. Sauté green onions and garlic in oil.
  4. Mix oil mixture with the sauce.
  5. Toss udon in the sauce.
  6. Adjust consistency with water if needed.

  • 2 blocks of frozen udon (approx. 400g)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 green onion (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Begin by boiling the frozen udon as per package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, and sesame seeds until well combined.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium flame. Toss in the chopped green onions, letting them sizzle for about a minute.
  4. Follow up by adding the minced garlic to the pan, and sauté until it's aromatic but not browned (about 30 seconds).
  5. Carefully pour the hot oil mixture into the prepared sauce, blending them together.
  6. Add the boiled udon noodles to the sauce, ensuring the noodles are well-coated.
