  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 lb Pork Belly
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 cups Water
  • 4 blocks of Golden Curry
  • 1 tbsp of Butter
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prep vegetables and pork belly.
  2. Sauté onion, carrot, and pork in a pan.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and adjust to desired consistency.
  4. Simmer to perfection.
  5. Serve over fluffy white rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 lb Pork Belly
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 cups Water
  • 4 blocks of Golden Curry
  • 1 tbsp of Butter
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Begin by prepping the ingredients: chop the onion, carrot, and pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, sauté the onion and carrot for approximately 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Add in the bite-sized pork belly chunks, stirring occasionally and cooking until the pork is fully browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the soy sauce, water, butter, ketchup, coconut milk, and golden curry blocks into the pan. Mix well.
  5. Depending on your preferred curry consistency, you can add an extra curry block for thickness or more water to thin it out.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and let the curry simmer, letting the flavors meld together for around 5-10 minutes.
  7. Once done, transfer the curry to a serving dish.
