  • 3 bundles of HK Style Thin Egg Noodles
  • 2 cups Bean Sprout
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 Green Onion, 2” strips
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil


Sauce:

  • 6 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the bean sprouts and green onions.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients.
  3. Boil the noodles.
  4. Fry garlic, bean sprouts, and green onions in a pan.
  5. Add noodles and toss with the sauce.
  6. Finish with green onions and sesame oil.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 bundles of HK Style Thin Egg Noodles
  • 2 cups Bean Sprout
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 Green Onion, 2” strips
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil


Sauce:

  • 6 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Clean and prepare the bean sprouts and green onions. Cut the onions into 2-inch pieces.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine soy sauces, sugar, oyster sauce, and water to create the sauce mixture. Keep this on standby.
  3. Boil the HK style thin egg noodles for approximately 2 minutes. Once done, ensure you rinse them under cold water and drain properly.
  4. In a heated pan with a tablespoon of oil, sauté the minced garlic, bean sprouts, and the white parts of the green onions for roughly 30 seconds.
  5. Add the pre-boiled noodles to the pan. Toss them properly to ensure even cooking.
  6. Pour in the previously prepared soy sauce mixture. Ensure you keep tossing the noodles to distribute the sauce evenly.
  7. Once the noodles have attained a golden-brown hue, stir in the remaining green onions and sesame oil. Continue tossing the mixture for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. As a finishing touch, sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
