INGREDIENTS

For the Udon Noodles and Prawns:

  • 400g Udon noodles
  • 10 prawns, peeled and deveined
  • Bok choy, sliced
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 2 scallions, diced
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds

For the Sauce:

  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prep the Ingredients:
    • Peel and devein 10 prawns.
    • Slice the bok choy.
    • Finely slice 1 onion.
    • Dice 2 scallions.
    • Mince 2 tablespoons of garlic.
  2. Mix the Sauce:
    • In a bowl, combine 5 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, and 3 tablespoons honey. Stir well and set aside.
  3. Cook the Prawns:
    • In a pan, add a bit of oil and heat over medium-high heat.
    • Add the minced garlic and cook for a minute until fragrant.
    • Add the prawns and season with black pepper to taste.
    • Cook the prawns for a few minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. Boil the Udon Noodles:
