  2. To prepare the sauce, heat a small pan to medium. Add in the oil, minced garlic, and the white sections of the green onion. Allow these to cook until their fragrance is released. Then, introduce the remaining ingredients, letting them blend and cook for another couple of minutes.
  3. Flip the tofu back over and cautiously remove the damp paper. Use a serving plate to cover the tofu box's opening, turn it around, and gently free the tofu from the box.
