INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a container, mix garlic, both soy sauces, honey, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, and sesame oil to prepare the marinade.
  2. Slice the pork belly into 1-inch strips.
  3. Enhance marinade absorption by poking holes on both sides of the pork strips using a fork.
